STAFFING
I am not a Staffing Agency, nor do I have the capacity to do Temp-to-Hire. As a 1099 employee I will work with you to develop a Job Description, market that job, screen candidates and then set up the next 1-2 rounds of interviews with you (based on your preference). I work hard to bring you more than a “butt in a seat”. I want to ensure you get what you’re looking for - whether it be a long term hire that’s the perfect culture fit or a 3-6 month remote contract employee.
An example fee structure is:
$200-$500 to develop and post the job for 2 weeks
$30 an hour to review, screen and interview candidates
3% placement fee (paid 90 days after hire, based on employee's annual salary)
RESUME WRITING/REVIEW
Writing your resume is half the battle, securing the job is what really counts. My fee is lower than most because in a perfect and honest world, I would charge half of the fee upfront and the second half after you secure your first interview. Unfortunately, I have no way (other than the honor system) to collect on that, so I will keep my prices low and hope for tips and referrals upon your success. I can’t promise you a job based on your resume alone, but I can definitely get you the opportunity to interview for one! While I specialize in DoD/Federal Resume writing, I will happily assist where I can.
Fee structure for resume writing is:
$50 and up depending on requirement and professional level.
NETWORKING
There will never be any fee associated with networking. I only ask that you pay it forward by continuing to expand our networks, sharing our stories and helping others.
